When one of the supports of the glove box door is broken, it is not possible to get spare parts. The complete box need to be replaced.
If you want to repair it yourselves, use this description.
Remove the glove box, unscrew the 5 screws and pull the glove box out for a couple of centimeters. Disconnect the leads from the glove box lighting. Take away the ventilation hose (only ACC) and remove the glove box.
Remove the support from the plunger.
Use a nail and a hammer to remove the pins of both hinges. You can do this from outside to inside.
Remove the torx bolts from the back side of the glove box cover. Remove the inner cover.
Remove the broken parts.
Contruct an angled metal plate from thin metal. The short side should have the size of the base, the long side must have the shape of the support.
Prepair both surfaces with a file in order to join the parts with glue. Take a way the ridges of the original support.
Tip, use the innerside of the support, the iron plate will not be visible afterwards.
Glue all parts together. Use glue for ABS and iron. Fix the parts together untill the glue is dry.
The base of the support is now a bit thicker than original. Use a file to remove some material from the inner cover untill the support fits exactly at the right angle.
Place all parts back in reverse order. Remount the glove box in the car (do not forget to reconnect the lightning and the ACC hose).
